poppd — Support

poppd is a movie tracking and recommendation app for iPhone, operated by Sami Rehman.

Get help or report a problem

Email privacy@poppd.io with what happened and, if you can, the screen you were on. It is a small operation — you are writing to the person who builds the app — and messages are read daily.

Report a user or content

Use the in-app Report option on any profile, or the Block option to stop seeing someone immediately. Reports are reviewed daily. You can also email the address above.

Account and privacy

Deleting your account, changing privacy settings, and hiding ratings are all available inside the app under Settings. To delete your account without the app, see Delete your account. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy; the rules of use are in the Terms.
